Game of the Month (May 2024) – Aero by Turbo Games
It’s already the second month of our ‘Game of the Month’ initiative and this time around, we’re showcasing a game that caught our team by surprise and kept us coming back for more!
Combining this with innovative features like in-game streamers, PRO automated betting, and more really eased our decision about which game deserved the May 2024 title of ‘Game of the Month’.
Folks, we are proudly announcing that Aero by Turbo Games is Crash Gambler’s May 2024 Game of the month!
May 2024 Winner – Aero by Turbo Games
Red airplane crash games are nothing new; anyone who has spent a few weeks playing crash can tell you that. But finding ways to make old concepts and design elements exciting and fresh is what separates the good games from those that are just ‘okay’.
Turbo Games made sure their game stands out not just with the basics such as a smooth-as-butter gameplay and a well-designed game interface and graphics. They took it one step further by introducing several distinct features such as:
- Innovative player rank system
Depending on the amount of flight you take, you progress between ranks and gain new medals. Other players can see your rank on the live leaderboard. - PRO automated betting
If you’re looking to automate crash gambling strategies, this is one of the games that allow you to do it. Go wild. - In-game streamers
This feature is only found in crash games from Turbo Games. Based on a pre-defined schedule, a streamer will pop up in the game’s interface, and you’ll be able to interact with them and place bets alongside them.
In addition, there’s also provable fairness, an option to turn off the game animations, and much more. Needless to say, with all these innovative features, Aero was this month’s #1 pick for game of the month.

Interview with Turbo Games
After our decision to make Aero the May 2024 game of the month, we immediately contacted Turbo Games to tell them the good news and to see if they were willing to talk to us about their Aero game.
They were happy to answer our questions and we’re excited to bring you this exclusive interview!
Let’s kick this interview off by getting to know Turbo Games as a company. Could you tell us a little about your company and its mission in the iGaming industry?
Turbo Games — a provably fair instant games provider that belongs to Turbo Stars company. Our game portfolio includes over 30 titles, including well-known games like Aero, Crash X, Mines, Hi-Lo, and Plinko. Considering that the instant games market is growing and developing every day, it is really important to offer the iGaming industry fast, high-quality and high-margin solutions. This is the mission of Turbo Games as a new-generation provider.
The one thing we love about Turbo Games crash games is the combination of great design and innovative features, such as the in-game player levels and ranks. Can you walk us through your game development process, from the initial concept to the final product?
You can imagine that Turbo Games is a huge studio with an office and a classical understanding of development processes. But if we go back in time, our first game Crash X was created by a team from sports betting solutions. A few people enjoyed the hype of fast games and decided to make their own Crash game. Of course, a lot has changed since that time, but the opportunity to make a game because someone thought it would be cool remains. We do not have a large office, and the entire team works remotely from different parts of the world.
We’re currently spending a lot of time on what themes and designs will work for our core instant game mechanics. If we take the crash game market, the mechanics are clear to both players and developers. But working with the theme, images, style, and additional features takes a lot of time.
The development of the Aero game took about 3 months, as we tried to create game elements using artificial intelligence, we also introduced in-game streams, and the ability to brand or change the colors of the playing field. This is all worked out in advance by the team to satisfy the requests of partner platforms and, of course, users.
We improve any of our new games right up to release day. It happens that we update animation or design elements a few months after production.
In the past year, we’ve seen narrative storytelling play a big part in crash games. When it comes to design and narrative, Turbo Games covered all the essentials: rockets, football, and Aero, the ever-popular airplanes. What is your approach to creating captivating visuals and narratives for the players?
As I already said, we are researching players’ interests. In 2020, space themes were popular, and our Crash X game became a prime example of such an audience request. Later, airplane games appeared on the market and they aroused a new wave of interest among users. In addition, the fast games that Turbo Games makes have specific markets (for example LATAM) where players have their beloved themes.
As in any business, the main goal of the product is to attract attention. Turbo Games practices to make specific customizations upon request from our partner platforms. Recently a game with horses based on mine mechanics was released for the Aposta Ganha project. This is a local story that increases interest in our product and in the affiliate platform in general.
We can’t possibly talk about Aero without mentioning the in-game streaming feature. Can you tell us how that feature got started, what the response was for the players, and what your plans are for the future?
In-game streaming in Aero game is a unique retention tool! The player sees the calendar and knows that at a certain time the livestream will start in the game window. Our host is a girl with extensive gambling experience. Her task is to comment on bets, talk about big wins, and introduce players to the game. We can enable the stream on all platforms where our game is available or on a specific one, offering branded design and visible promo codes.
For players, this is additional entertainment, but for iGaming platforms, it is an opportunity to extend the player’s lifetime. We see that the number of players and bets increases during the livestream, so we plan to expand the number of streamers, cover different geos, and increase the number of branded streams on partner platforms.
Is this a feature that we can expect in more of your crash games?
We did several streams on Crash X during the New Year’s tournament. But the fact is that the stream window was not originally planned for this game. Our developers had to think about how to do this so that the player could comfortably have fun and watch the broadcast. I think we will come to expand this feature to other games, but for now this is not the main business goal.
Talking about features in Aero, we also love the presence of PRO betting automation settings, the player ranking system mentioned before, and the dual betting interfaces.
From a feature standpoint, what is your process for including/excluding some of the features? Do you perform any sort of player-based research to configure your games?
We began conducting large player-based research this year. Previously, our decisions were based on hypotheses or on what already works for other providers. It is also worth noting that some employees come from other areas, so they bring ideas that already work somewhere, but have not yet been implemented in gambling. We try not to complicate our games for the user and make them fully usable from the player’s point of view.
Looking ahead, what future plans and developments does Turbo Games have in store for the crash gambling fans?
At the moment I can say that the Turbo Games team is preparing several games based on Сrash mechanics, but with a unique design. I’m sure the players will like it.
