Crash Royale might not be as well known as Spribe’s Aviator, but based on everything that I’ve discovered during my review of this game, we might be looking at a future player’s favorite.
Stick around and find all there is to like (and dislike) about iMoon’s Crash Royale game.

Gameplay Experience & Features
Although I was not immediately impressed by the game’s design, I soon realized that it was far from important.
Crash Royale features a very basic chart line design, much like other more competitvely oriented crash games.
This responsive crash game is (literally) not designed to compete with games such as Goblin Run by Evoplay or Crash, Hamster, or Crash by Mascot Gaming. It’s designed to compete with big names such as Crash by BC Originals.
Why do I say this?
Well, for one, it boasts an astonishing 99% RTP and an advanced, provably fair algorithm that immediately sets it apart from your average crash game.
Knowing all this, I looked at this game from a different perspective and compared it to the best.
Let’s start with fairness, which I consider to be the most important feature.
The fairness of the game relies on robust mathematical algorithms. Players can interact with the RNG algorithm by entering their own random seed numbers within the Fairness tab. Only Crash by Stake Originals or Spribe’s Aviator allows you to do that.
To verify fairness, players can go to the fairness tab and input the hash of the crash point they wish to check. Then, the system will return the corresponding MD5 hash and the multiplier’s crash point.
Aside from the fairness, the 99% RTP and the three betting modes I’ll be mentioning later, there are also other features to be excited about:
- Live players leaderboard
Like many other crash games, the live leaderboard allows you to see exactly how much other players are betting, when they are cashing out and how much they have won. - Player’s chatroom
Want to talk shop? Switch the player’s leaderboard for a chatroom and chat away. - In-game tournaments
This might just be my favorite feature. Each week, a prize pool of $10,000 is given to the top 10 players who have caught the highest multipliers in the game. Genius! - Incredible game information section
This might seem silly, but it’s not all that common to see a game with such a detailed game information section. They even provide you with a gameplay strategy to achieve the optimal return-to-player rate!
I feel like we’ve already covered a lot, but the fun part is that the betting options are what I’m most excited to discuss. Before I do that, here’s my review of the desktop and mobile gaming experience.
Desktop Gameplay Experience
Given everything that happens in this game, I’ll say the desktop was my preferred gameplay device.
In terms of gaming experience, I have nothing to complain about. During my review period, neither I nor other Crash Gambler team members found a single bug, betting delay, or other issue.
By featuring a lightweight design, this game also worked perfectly on various desktop devices and internet connections.
Good job, iMoon!
Mobile Gameplay Experience
The mobile version of Crash Royale personally feels a bit cramped, especially on a smaller mobile device like the iPhone SE.
The only thing I do not like about the mobile version of this game is that the button to access the player’s chatroom is hidden away in the top right burger menu, which makes me forget it’s even there.
Aside from these two minor complaints, everything still works like a charm, and in terms of gameplay experience, there’s nothing to complain about.
Gameplay Options
If you check any other game reviews here on Crash Gambler, you’ll see that we usually just distinguish between manual and auto-betting modes.
This time, it’s different. Crash Royale comes with three different betting modes.
Classic Mode
Crash Royale’s classic betting mode has simple manual and basic betting automation settings. The image above shows all the controls and options.
The insurance option provides cashback against the so-called “insta” crashes at 1.0X. If you activate this option and the game does not crash at 1.0X, the game deducts 10% of the player’s bet amount for insurance. If you win, the insurance deduction is calculated based on the win amount.
Despite the somewhat basic and boring betting automation, iMoon really knocked it out of the park with this feature.
Over/Under Mode
The second betting mode is called ‘Over/Under’.
Before you start placing bets in this game mode, you select a crash point that will serve you as a benchmark. After that, you can decide whether you think the game will crash below or above the selected crash point.
This betting mode is very similar to BC.Game’s Trenball crash mode, but it does provide you with some more customization options.
Range Mode
The last betting mode is called ‘Range’.
In this betting mode, you select a range of crash multipliers. As you can see in the image above, I selected a range from 2.00X to 3.00X.
If the game crashes somewhere between that range, I get rewarded with a 5.94X payout on my initial bet amount. Pretty cool, right?
Keep in mind that the bigger the range you opt for, the lower the reward.
Pros & Cons of Crash Royale
Here’s what I like about iMoon’s Crash Royale game:
✅ 99% Return-to-Player rate
✅ Advanced provable fairness
✅ Three betting modes
✅ Incredible in-game tournaments
✅ Genius insurance feature
✅ Player’s chatroom and live leaderboard
✅ Incredibly detailed game information
✅ Players are supplied with an optimal RTP strategy
On the other hand, two things could be done better:
❌ Design could be better
❌ Betting automation is basic
Final Thoughts
Crash Royale introduces several unique features to the crash game market, which not even our top-rated games can boast about.
Coupled with a strong foundation based on a 99% RTP rating, advanced fairness, and detailed game information, this game is, without a doubt, the biggest surprise of 2024, and for now, it might just be the game of the year.
If there’s one game you must try asap, this is the one. Trust me!
