This is my 27th casino review here on Crash Gambler, and as I did 26 times before, I’ll kick things off by inspecting the welcome bonus and all other promotions on Dolfwin!

Welcome Bonus Package at Dolfwin

Dolfwin Casino offers a 4-in-1 Welcome Casino Package that enhances your first four deposits. Here’s how it works:

And now for some bad news:

• Both the deposit and bonus must be wagered 40 times within 21 days.
• Crash games, like Aviator and others, do not contribute to the wagering requirements, meaning this bonus is only suitable for slots.

To make things even worse, you can’t cash out or win more with the bonus than 10X the bonus amount, you can’t make withdrawals while the bonus is active, and you can’t place bets higher than €12 or 5% of the bonus amount.

Additionally, you also can’t employ low-risk strategies that would allow you to roll over the bonus quickly.

50% up to 200€ Reload Bonus

Once again, despite not being crash-friendly, Dolfwin Casino offers a weekly reload bonus with the bonus code DOLFRLD50, providing a 50% match bonus up to €200.

To activate the bonus, you simply enter the code DOLFRLD50 when depositing. The bonus is applied instantly to deposits of at least $22.

Like the welcome bonus, it has a 40X wagering requirement and a 21-day limit to fulfill. And just like before, your bets must not exceed €12 or 5% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower.

As you know by now, from a pure crash gambling perspective, Dolfwin offers little to write home about.

Yep, you’re not the only one who thinks this; Dolfwin sounds like a Dolphin, and yes, this casino’s mascot is a dolphin!

Dolfwin’s interface and ‘vibe,’ if you will, reminds me of 10Bet casino. It gives a sort of traditional online casino feel.

That being said, the interface is neither bad nor excellent. It’s just alright and at moments, I feel it could be better. Let me explain.

For example, there is no left sidebar as there usually is, no, there’s just the upper sticky menu that contains all the shortcuts to the casino, lice casino, sports betting live betting, some more betting options and then promotions.

Below that is a slider block promoting all the Dolfwin’s bonuses and underneath is a second menu strip with game categories.

So far, so good, right? A bit different, but good. And then, if you find yourself on the casino homepage, you’ll see that you can scroll for literally 1-3 minutes before you’ll see the casino footer, where all the regular policies and FAQ answers are.

Another thing that I don’t particularly like is that the casino feels like a very lonely place. There’s no player chatroom or player leaderboard like there is at Rakebit.

But the thing that bothers me the most is the lack of a separate crash game category. There is a category of ‘casual games,’ and crash games are included there, but they’re mixed in there with plinko, limbo, dice and all sorts of other games. Not cool.

‘My Casino’ Feature

One of the features that I like is the ‘My Casino’ option. If you navigate to your account name in the top right corner and click on the little down arrow, you’ll open a drop-down menu that reveals the ‘My Casino’ feature.

With this feature, you can customize your Dolfwin casino homepage by having it show only the games you’re interested in based on genre and other filters.

While this is amazing, and it’s the first time I’ve seen it, I don’t know if it’s just me or if you really have to submit your casino preferences each time you log in or refresh the page.

The feature should memorize ‘My Casino’ preferences and display them until I’ve cleaned my cookies.

Gameplay Experience

I played just over 100 different games at Dolfwin, which includes all the crash games and then some, and I’m happy to report that not once did I find a single performance issue or any sort of bug.

The only thing contributing to a slightly poor gaming experience was the lack of game information when choosing a game.

Each game simply opens in a new window, and there’s no game description with information like RTP, profit limits, or even a short game description.

Dolfwin on Mobile

Dolfwin on mobile is as solid as any other online and crypto casino in 2024. Their progressive browser web app works flawlessly, whether navigating around the casino or playing the games.

The casino’s mobile homepage has the same problem as the desktop version, the infinity scroll essentially makes it impossible to find the casino’s footer. I’m sure any normal person would just stop scrolling before they reach the end.

I also don’t like how complicated it is to find live chat support on mobile. You need to click the burger menu icon in the top left corner, select ‘More’ and finally click the live chat support shortcut.

I wish they would implement that shortcut in the bottom sticky menu.

Creating an Account at Dolfwin

Some casinos only need your email and password, and boom, you’re in. Well, Dolfwin ain’t one of those.

The signup process comes in three steps here at Dolfwin:

1. Select your welcome bonus

Responsible Gambling Policies

When it comes to player care, Dolfwin provides a responsible gambling page that is rather skimpy. There are also no self-exclusion tools that users can activate without contacting customer support.

To say this is rather complicated is an understatement. Finding this information among 10,000+ other words in the casino’s terms and conditions is also quite a quest.

I would love to see this information included on the responsible gambling page where it belongs.

As I said before, Dolfwin does give off a traditional online casino vibe when you first see it, but little did you know that this dolphin-themed casino packs a punch when it comes to payment options.

Despite having to make a deposit through a 3rd party crypto payment processor, Finrax, my initial deposit of 1 LTC went through in less than a minute.

Each payment method comes with certain minimum and maximum deposit limits:

• For the FIAT payment methods, the minimum deposit range is $11, and the maximum deposit limits range from $2500 to $11,000
• For cryptocurrency deposits, the minimum deposit is $21, and the maximum is $11,000

This is the first time we have seen a casino set strict maximum deposit limits, which is weird, considering casinos usually don’t mind taking all the pennies you have on hand.

Compared to casinos like Wild.io, the minimum deposit limits also aren’t on the lower side, especially not for crypto deposits.

Withdrawals at Dolfwin

As mentioned before, Dolfwin does not mess around with KYC. As such, I did need to pass the KYC process before I was able to finalize my withdrawal.

After finishing the KYC, I was able to withdraw my funds with 0 questions asked.

Remember that the average minimum withdrawal limit is about $10 across all withdrawal methods, and you cannot withdraw more than $5000 per week.

On top of these limits, non-VIP players also can’t profit more than $110,000 per day.

Unlike my recent experience with RakeBit’s customer support, Dolfwin casino live customer support agents left me in awe.

I contacted both email and live chat when I was wondering if crash games are considered as slots (which would mean they contribute 100% to the bonus wagering requirements) or as multiplayer games (in which case they contribute 0%).
