A lot of crypto casinos nowadays feel like copycats; nobody really stands out anymore. And then there’s Jackbit. This is a special casino designed for players who appreciate both good taste in games and the fact that you truly do not need to go anywhere else but Jackbit to have all the crash and casino gambling fun you’ll ever need. With 9 crash games and more than 6000 casino games in total, Jackbit Casino excelled in our independent expert review. Bonuses

I'm not going to lie, I expected more.

4

It’s become standard practice to kick these reviews off with bonuses. They are usually the most exciting part of the casino experience, but with Jackbit, that is not the case. Here is why!

Welcome Bonus

Every new player who makes a minimum deposit of $50 and uses the “WELCOME” code gets 100 free spins!

welcome bonus
These 100 free spins can bring you some serious $$$ (or not)!

The good thing about this bonus is that there are no ridiculous wagering requirements, none!

The bad thing about this bonus is that it’s only available on the “Book of Dead” slot game. So, it’s not exactly something that I, as a crash gambling fan, was excited about.

Compared to casinos like BC.Game, which offers not one but four welcome deposit bonuses of up to $220,000, or Cloudbet, which offers a welcome bonus of up to 5 BTC, Jackbit really isn’t the talk of the town bonus-wise.

Jackbit Tournaments

Now, here’s something that all crash gamblers will appreciate! Jackbits tournaments are wager-based, which isn’t ideal since those with more funds have more chances.

However, it’s extremely rare that you can play live crash games, such as Cash or Crash by Evolution Gaming, as part of a tournament.

The prize pool consists of $5,000 and 5,000 free spins in the “Book of Dead” slot game. The winner of the tournament gets $1500, while other top 30 players still get a cash prize.

Jackbit’s VIP Rakeback Club

Who doesn’t love a good rakeback system? I sure do!

Jackbit Casino offers a VIP Rakeback system where players earn points based on their gameplay, contributing to their VIP level.

Rakeback is instant with no wagering requirements, allowing immediate access to earnings. Players can climb VIP levels from Rookie to Legend, unlocking privileges and enhanced rakeback rates.

With no maximum limit, players can claim rewards starting at 500 points ($5) anytime.

However, some games are excluded from point calculation, and stakes under 1.3 odds do not count. The good news is that all crash games are included!

Look & Feel

Jackbit is dark and moody, yet full of color at the same time.

4

Crypto casinos are either:

  • Dark, moody, and minimalistic
  • Overly colorful, stuffy, and borderline annoying

Jackbit walks the fine line between those extremes. While the casino is mostly dark, there are a lot of colorful banners and buttons. Do I like it? Well, design is all subjective, but I have to say, I do!

Do you see what I mean about this casino being dark, yet colorful?

Everything at Jackbit is easy to find and placed where you would normally expect it. The left sidebar menu holds all the essential navigational shortcuts.

The top bar menu holds your wallet, rakeback progress button, account, and language settings (10 languages are available).

Jackbit on the Go

Playing casino games on mobile devices is becoming the new standard. You’ll be happy to know that Jackbit offers a smooth mobile gaming experience, and everything is just as well optimized for mobile screens as it is for desktops.

jackbit mobile

I really like the rich bottom sticky menu that holds everything you’ll ever need on a day-to-day basis at the casino. Casinos like Metaspins should take a look and take notes.

There is no mobile app for Jackbit casino out there, but in all honesty, I don’t miss it one bit. The mobile browser app is as smooth as they come. Good job, Jackbit!

Things That Could be Better

Do you know how casinos like Stake have a really cool chatroom on the right side of the casino?

Well, that’s something I really miss at Jackbit. Not only can you not tip other plays when you catch that big win, but you can’t even engage in the banter.

The second thing that kind of threw me off was the occurrence of poor English. Take a look at this notice at the bottom of the casino.

poor english on jackbit casino

“Attention! It is gambling advertising.” – Umm, what? Jackbit, take care of this!

Game Selection

Jackbit’s crash games selection is really good!

5

And we’re here, inspecting the games! This is the most fun part of the review for me, so I’ll try my best to contain my excitement.

First things first, which crash games can you play at Jackbit? Here is the full list:

  • Big Bass Crash by Pragmatic Play
  • Aviator by Spribe
  • Cash or Crash by Evolution Gaming
  • Aero by Upgaming
  • Goblin Run by Evoplay
  • Save the Hamster by Evoplay
  • Coin Pilot by Gamzix
  • Pilot Cup by Gamzix
  • Hyper Explorer by Mancala Gaming

I’m excited to see this sort of variety. You have Spribe’s Aviator and Gamzix’s Coin Pilot, both of which are what I would call the standard crash game.

aviator demo game

On the other hand, Jackbit also hosts Goblin Run by Evoplay, which is a next-level 3D RPG crash game, and Big Bass Crash, which is a fresh-out-the-oven release from Pragmatic Play.

Big Bass Crash is inspired by Pragmatic Play’s incredibly popular bass fishing-based slot games.

For all those looking to play Cash or Crash by Evolution Gaming, the only live crash game show, Jackbit’s got you covered as well.

You see what I mean? The variety in the otherwise average-sized crash games selection at Jackbit is outstanding.

cash or crash game

The last two crash games, or better yet “mini crash games,” I have to mention, come from Upgaming. The first one is called Aero and it was actually named the Best Crash Game of 2023 at the Sigma Europe Awards.

aero crash game

Despite Aero being categorized as a mini-game (at MyStake casino as well), It’s my opinion that this game can go head-to-head with some of the biggest crash titles out there.

Sure, it may not have all the features that games like Crash by BC Originals have, but it’s really, really fun!

The game I can easily see as being a mini-game is Dino by Upgaming. This really is a barebone crash game that is by no means meant to conquer big titles such as Aviator.

Dino is a simple, mini-crash game that is meant to be played by absolute beginners.

Other Games at Jackbit Casino

I have a challenge for you. Before you continue reading, make a guess as to how many slot games are available at Jackbit. I’ll wait!

slot game selection
The slot game selection at Jackbit is outstanding!

There are exactly 5917 slot games available at Jackbit at the time of writing this review. This can definitely be considered as more than average. The only casino that can top that number from the top of my head is Bets.io!

Talking about a never-ending supply of games, there are also 312 live casino games available at Jackbit, which is more than at Stake casino!

Jackbit’s selection of live casino games includes:

  • Live casino game shows like Crazy Time by Evolution Gaming
  • Classic live table games such as Blackjack and Baccarat
  • Plenty of live Roulette games and Poker tables
  • And more!

Licensing & Safety

Dedicated to the safety and well-being of players.

5

My sole goal in this part of the review is to find out if Jackbit can be trusted with your money. So, let’s review the age-old question.

Is Jackbit Casino Legit?

Yes, I can safely say that Jackbit casino is legit. Here is why:

  • They operate under a valid Curaçao gambling license (number B2C-P329EVVT-1668JAZ)
  • The casino’s website is operating under a 256-bit SSL Encryption system
  • They have clearly defined terms and conditions, refund and KYC policy, dispute resolution guidelines, bonus terms and conditions, and a page dedicated to responsible gambling

Talking about KYC, I figure many of you are wondering if Jackbit offers complete anonymity.

Is Jackbit Casino Anonymous?

No, claiming that Jackbit casino is completely anonymous would be a false statement.

However, I still managed to make both a deposit and a withdrawal of my funds without having to expose my personal details.

Why is that?

What that means in practice is that only players who give the casino the impression that they may participate in fraudulent activities like money laundering or terrorist financing will be asked to provide the casino with their identity and residence documents.

Self-Exclusion at Justbit

The thing I don’t see quite often at online casinos is a page dedicated to responsible gambling. Such small initiatives can make all the difference when it comes to making players feel cared for.

Jackbit’s responsible gambling policy does not only provide simple guidelines to understanding if you have a problem with gambling, but it also provides all players with daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits if you request so. This could be executed better. For example, at Wild.io, each player can set the limits on their account without contacting support.

What Could Be Improved

The thing that bothered me the most at Jackbit was the lack of proper editing of all their otherwise well-established policies.

Take a look at the FAQ page, for example. It looks like a giant blob of text, which makes it extremely hard to read.

poor ux

This might be just me, but I think that all users at Jackbit could benefit from a better user experience on these critical pages. It would make things easier to find and thus reduce the amount of support tickets.

This is by no means a big issue, but an issue nonetheless.

Payment Options

Accepting all crypto staples!

4

Jackbit will gladly accept any of the following cryptocurrencies:

We are excited to see all the major crypto coins being accepted despite not accepting as many cryptos as Justbit casino, I consider this selection more than satisfactory.

If you don’t have any cryptocurrencies on hand, don’t fret! Jackbit allows you to buy cryptos directly at the casino by using your Visa or Mastercard.

The purchase of the cryptocurrencies is made via Changelly, a renowned and trustworthy crypto instant exchange payment processor.

Now, let’s talk about deposit limits, transaction speeds, and withdrawals.

Deposits at Jackbit

If you wish to experience deposit speeds like this, make sure you use a speedier cryptocurrency like Ethereum, Solana, or Dogecoin. In periods of low network congestion, even Bitcoin could be a great pick.

The fact that there was no excessive waiting time on my deposit is also thanks to no additional processing time from Jackbit.

Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit limit at Jackbit is $20 or every crypto equivalent. This is completely reasonable and something that is seen as common practice, as casinos do not want you to deposit less than you’re paying for network fees.

Withdrawals at Jackbit

Before writing this part of the review I withdrew all my money from Jackbit.

Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal Limits

Withdrawal limits are where things get a little tricky at Justbit. Here is everything that you need to know about withdrawal limits at Jackbit:

  • The maximum withdrawal amount per week is $10,000 or currency equivalent
  • The maximum withdrawal amount per month is $20,000 or currency equivalent
  • Wins bigger than $20,000 may be divided into monthly installments that do not excess the limits
  • The maximum win across the entire casino is capped at 200,000 Euro or currency equivalent

The minimum withdrawal limit is not mentioned, which is great! Make sure you still withdraw more than you’re going to pay for the network or transaction fees!

Customer Support

24/7 live chat support? Not in my experience.

4

Need support? Jackbit’s got your back in three channels:

  • Live chat support
  • Email support
  • FAQ page

My first line of contact with Jackbit was the 24/7 live chat support. Despite the otherwise good reputation, I wasn’t quite satisfied.

I left the live support agents a message and they promised to be back online soon. At the same time I forwarded my message to their email support agents.

The live chat support agents held their promise and responded back to me in a matter of minutes. Not only that, but just a minute after the email support agent responded as well.

I guess I just caught them at a bad time.

The last thing I want to mention is the presence of a rather skimpy FAQ page and the fact that there is no company blog.

I could live without the blog, but I would really love to see them put some more effort into their FAQ page.

I’d say the best resource of information at Jackbit are all their incredibly resourceful policy pages and the terms and conditions page. I was almost out of ideas as to what to ask the support agents for my testing purposes!
