For some reason, crash games always feature things that are known for crashing. That includes rockets, hot air balloons, and in today’s case, even Zeppelins!

Nonetheless, Betsolutions, the game provider behind the Zeppelin crash game, took the Zeppelin approach and turned it into a super popular crash game! Due to this popularity, we’ve decided to take a closer look with our in-depth review process!

Before we get to the actual gameplay, it’s only right that we see if the game is even worth playing. So far, none of the games we tested have been so bad that we wouldn’t proceed to the how-to-play section of the review.

To ensure that our report remains as unbiased as possible, we’ve developed a process that we follow to a T.

Speaking of that process, here’s what it looks like in practice:

  1. More people, more fun, and fewer biases!
We believe that the more perspectives we have, the better our reviews will be. That’s why each game review is done by multiple team members who do their own research and form their own opinions. This way, we can ensure that we provide a well-rounded perspective that takes into account different tastes and preferences.
  2. Start with the basics. Always.
We start by collecting and verifying the basic game information. We usually get this information from the game providers or the casinos that host the games. But if we can’t find what we need or if anything seems off, we’ll investigate further by contacting the casinos or game providers. It’s important to us that we get all the facts straight before we start playing.
  3. Game on!
This is the fun part of the review process – gameplay! We love spending countless hours exploring the game and taking detailed notes along the way. We want to make sure that we experience every aspect of the game so that we can provide a comprehensive review. And let’s be honest, who doesn’t love playing games for work?
  4. Sharing is caring!
After we’ve played the game, we meet up and share our impressions. We discuss our findings in-depth so that we can write game reviews that are easy to read and informative. And that’s exactly what you’re reading right now! We hope you enjoy our reviews and find them helpful in your gaming journey.

Zeppelin Crash Game by Betsolutions – Gameplay Report

If you’re in a rush and you’re only here for these essentials, we can easily say that the gaming experience with the Zeppelin crash game is top-notch (just not on mobile)!

The first thing that we discovered and liked immediately was the thorough information windows that open up when you click the question mark icon in the top right corner.

game information

There are actually three icons in the top right corner, and besides the one we just mentioned, there’s also a settings icon that allows you to translate the game into 15 different languages and turn off the sounds of the game.

Last but not least, you’ll find the free bets interface tucked away in the top right corner of the game. Once you get some free bets, you can find them by clicking on the little ticket icon.

To personalize your gaming experience, the Zeppelin crash game also allows you to choose your own profile pic. Unfortunately, you cannot upload your own image, but you have the ability to choose from 20 images they provide.

The image you choose is then displayed in the player’s chatroom. Neat!

Desktop Gaming Experience

It’s become sort of a habit at Crash Gambler to always evaluate the gaming experience on the desktop devices first. To do this as reliably as possible, we do the following things:

  • We use multiple desktop devices.
Using devices with various processing power capabilities allows us to evaluate how good your PC or Mac needs to be to run this game smoothly.
  • Various browsers.
While it isn’t common, we have seen cases where a game works perfectly in one browser but very poorly in another. For that reason, we make sure to test out all the games in various browsers (Chrome, Safari, Opera, Edge, and Firefox).
  • Different internet connections.
Strong wifi connections, strong cable connections, mobile hotspot, poor wifi connection. We play-test the game in various environments to determine the bandwidth requirements of each game.

All of our team members concluded that apart from the fact that the game did start lagging on a weaker internet connection (to be expected), the gaming experience on desktop devices can be described as immaculate!

Another thing that we oddly enjoy in this game is the crash animation. The cute little yellow Zeppelin just kind of evaporates and leaves behind a cloud of red mist. You can see it in the image below!

zeppelin explosion
It actually looks much better than in this image, we promise!

As long as you stay connected to a moderately strong internet connection, this game should be 100% smooth. You can color us impressed, let’s hope the experience is the same on mobile devices.

Zeppelin Crash Game on Mobile

Similarly to our desktop test, we make use of various mobile devices that have different processing capabilities and different screen sizes (iPhone 13 PRO, iPhone 6S, and a Samsung Galaxy S22).

We also test the game on different mobile internet connections (3G and 4G) and wifi connections. To make sure the game is well adapted to various mobile browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera), we also go through the grueling process of logging into the same casino in multiple browsers (just joking, we love this stuff!).

When you first enter the game, the interface just kind of scrolls down to reveal the entire “place bet” button. But in doing so, it hides the top bar menu that holds your balance, profile picture, and settings. We’ve faced the same problems in the Crash by Duelbits game.

zeppelin crash game mobile

If you switch between the chatroom and the bets section at the bottom of the game, the interface of the game scrolls up, revealing the top bar menu, and it stays like that. But at the same time, the bottom sticky menu covers up a part of the “place bet” button.

This is still better than not seeing your balance at all, but it still should not happen.

Notice how the “Place your bet” button is cut off? That’s not ok.

If you wish to play a crash game that is truly mobile-ready, we suggest you check out Crash by BC Originals or Crash by Stake Originals.

Final Verdict

As you might suspect, we can’t really recommend you play this game outside of desktop devices. While it still is playable on mobile devices, the experience just isn’t as smooth as it is on a big computer screen.

To make sure that this glitch wasn’t a fault of the casino, we recommend you play this game on (Crashino), we actually opened accounts on two other online casinos that host this game and discovered the same issue.

Playing this game is a hoot! Yes, indeed, it’s not the most advanced crash game, but that doesn’t mean it’s not fun. The catchy game animations and sounds make it a pleasant experience for nothing but pure fun.

Here is how you play the game in both gaming modes.

Manual Mode

As always, we insist that if you’re new to the game or new to crash gambling as a whole, take things easy and start in manual mode.

Playing the Zeppelin crash game in manual mode is super simple. All you need to do is decide on a bet amount and click the big green “Place your bet” button.

manual betting mode

As you can see in the image above, you can use the X2, X4, X8, or MAX. buttons below the “bet” field to adjust your bet amount, or you can simply enter your desired bet amount with your keyboard.

If you want to place two simultaneous bets, you can press the grey “+” button on the right side of the betting interface to open up a second betting interface.

manual betting mode 2

With two betting interfaces, you can get a bit more creative with your crash gambling strategies. However, keep in mind that placing and cashing out two simultaneous manual bets is no joke, be careful!

To make things a bit easier, we suggest you use the betting automation features on at least one of the betting interfaces! Speaking about the auto mode, let’s dive into that.

If you want to do more than just read our review, we suggest you make a free account at Crashino and play along with us! You won’t regret it.

Auto Mode

Compared to games like Roobet Crash, we can’t really say that the Zeppelin crash game blew us away. To be honest, it’s a pretty basic crash game in terms of betting automation.

There are two things you can do to automate this game:

  • Activate the automated bet placement.
So you don’t need to click the “place your bet” button between each round.
  • Activate the auto cash out function.
Relieves you of needing to cash out manually. Comes in handy with two betting interfaces.

When you use two betting interfaces, these functions become invaluable. You can still play around with one betting interface on manual mode (because it’s much more fun) and set the other betting interface to cash out automatically at a safe multiplier.

As soon as you activate both of these features or one of them, you can go ahead and click the “place your bet” button, and the function will automatically engage in the next round.

Despite being a rather simple crash game, Betsolutions made sure their game packs a punch in terms of features. Here’s everything you need to know.

1. Helium and Oxygen Jackpot Rewards

So you might be asking yourself why in the world did Betsolutions name their jackpot rewards after these two specific chemical elements.

Historically Helium was one of the elements responsible for lifting up Zeppelins! But we’re not entirely sure what Oxygen has to do with the whole zeppelin thing, Hydrogen would make much more sense.

Enough about chemistry, let’s get to the rewards. As the title suggests, there are two levels of jackpot rewards:

  • The O2 or Oxygen Jackpot
The O2 jackpot gets paid out to participants of the game when the multiplier rises from 500X to 900X. The current (May 2023) value of this jackpot is 30€, and all the participants that cashed out after 2X get a chunk of this modest jackpot.
  • The He or Helium Jackpot
Once the multiplier breaks that 900X mark, a much greater jackpot reward is activated. The current value of the Helium jackpot is a whopping 3044€! All the players that cashed out after 2X get a proportional cut of the prize.

That doesn’t sound bad, right? We’ve recently reviewed Rocketpot’s original crash game, which also features similar jackpot rewards, but they made them much harder to reach. Good job, Betsolutions!

The image below shows the location of the jackpot values!

2. Provable Fairness

Zeppelin by Betsolutions is a provably fair crash game, and that’s one of the best things about it! Before we explain how to check fairness, let’s focus on the theory first.

To understand how their algorithm works, we suggest your first read the instruction from the help menu that you find in the top right corner of the game (question mark icon).

provably fair information

In order to access the information on the past rounds of crash in Zeppelin, you simply click on the results of the game in the results strip. If you want to go further back, click on the little clock icon on the right side of the result strip (arrow 2).

results of game

Clicking on a game’s result opens up a new window that contains both the round key and the hashed reliability code.

zeppelin crash game algorithm

To check the fairness, all you need to do is open up a 3rd party SHA256 decryption tool and paste in the round key. If the game is fair, both the hashed round key and the reliability code in the game should match.

3. All Bets, Your Bets and Statistics

Seeing how much other players are betting and winning is always a feature that we like to see featured in crash games. The “Bets” tab of the Zeppelin crash game allows you to see all that and more.

You can find this feature at the bottom of the game, the arrow in the image below shows the way!

all bets

Alongside the live bets of each round, you can also see your bets and the top wins under the statistics tab. Neat!

The one thing we don’t like about this feature is the fact that if you want to watch the live bets section, you need to take your eyes away from the game, it doesn’t make any sense. Games like JetX by Smartsoft Gaming integrate this feature right beside the game’s interface.

4. Player’s Chatroom

Right next to the bets section at the bottom of the game is where you’ll find your player’s chatroom. The fact that you can send gifs in the chatroom does mean that it gets a bit wild at times (one can only take so much gifs from “The Office”).

players chatroom

If you’ve read carefully, then you know that this isn’t one of those games where we would struggle to find the cons. However, there’s a load of pros as well, let’s take a closer look.

This is what we like…

✅ Zeppelin is based on a provably fair algorithm.
✅ The gameplay is fun, we could play for hours.
✅ Desktop gaming experience is top-notch.
✅ Jackpot rewards are a nice addition.
✅ Two betting interfaces allow you to get creative with your betting.
✅ Player’s chatroom is wild, we love it!

And this is what could be improved…

❌ Mobile gaming experience should be improved.
❌ We are missing some more betting automation features.
❌ Oxygen jackpot rewards are so low it’s almost funny.
❌ Switching to live bets or the chatroom takes you away from the action.

There you have it, while we did enjoy our time playing this game, it would be unfair to say that we don’t like some of the other crash games we reviewed better.

Still, there’s no denying the fact that Zeppelin was able to amass a large following, making it one of the most popular crash games out there. If you want to try the Zeppelin crash game and other 20+ amazing crash games, we recommend you head straight to Crashino!

Thanks for being with us till the end, and remember to gamble responsibly! Good luck!
