I’ll be honest; I’ve been playing Rocketman a lot in the past month. And I mean a lot.

I first truly discovered it during our second Crash Clash tournament, and since then, this game has managed to crawl under my skin, and there’s no sign of me getting tired of it.

That’s right! If I’m playing it, it’s only right I share my findings and view with you, crash gamblers.

Unless this is your first time at Crash Gambler, then you know we are dedicated to making our reviews as unbiased as possible. To make this happen at this stage, where I talk about the gameplay experience, I make sure to invite the whole team behind Crash Gambler to help me play the game.

If you want to learn more details about our review processes, I suggest you take a peek at our review processes page.

Desktop Gameplay Experience

In the past month, this has been my go-to crash game, and I have to be honest, I only encountered one game crash error, and that is it. Since that was a single occurrence, I can’t really say that the game is poorly coded.

My team members confirmed that over a span of a few days, they have not encountered a single problem with the game, and they have no problem giving it a 10/10 from a desktop gameplay perspective.

Compared to games like BC.Game Crash, Rocketman does feature a more complex design. This game features a classic rocket crash design with fun parachuting animations whenever a player cashes out. It’s really fun and nice to look at.

Despite the rich design, that does not mean I needed a stronger internet connection or desktop device to keep this game running. Once again, all the team members confirmed this to be true.

desktop interface
Rocketman’s desktop interface is very easy to adopt.

If you ever find yourself struggling with game lag due to your weak internet connection, the game also offers a toggle button in the top right burger menu of the game, which turns off the game animation.

Everything from the betting process to the game animations, chatroom, and cashing out was up to par with the best crash games out there. We have 0 complaints.

Mobile Gameplay Experience

My biggest concern with playing Rocketman on mobile devices was the number of features in the game and how Elbet managed to squeeze all that into a mobile screen-size interface. Well, they managed. And they did a fantastic job.

Setting both manual and auto-play bets is just as easy on mobile as it is on desktop devices, which is fantastic. All team members agreed that you feel no limitations when you switch from the desktop version of the game to the mobile version of the game.

The team loved the bottom sticky menu!

As far as the smoothness of gameplay goes, we have no complaints. This game, despite the rich game animations, performed well on all mobile devices and internet connections.

This game is ready to be played on the go. There is no doubt about it.

Final Verdict

Do we need to say more? I and my team agree that this is a really well-developed and thorough crash game. The thing we like the most is how well the game translates all its features from the desktop interface to the mobile interface.

Yeah, yeah, I know, let’s get playing! I could not agree more. If you’re completely new to this game, I highly recommend you stick to this how-to-play guide since I’m about to uncover all the features you need to be aware of.

I’ll kick things off in manual mode and progress towards the autoplay and advanced autoplay mode when we warm up.

Want to play along with me? Good idea! Head to Crashino, make an account and a deposit and get playing!

Manual Mode

Playing Rocketman in manual mode comes with no surprises. To enter your first round of Rocketman, you need to:

  • Decide on a bet amount
You can do that by simply typing in your bet amount in the betting interface and using the + and – buttons to add or subtract $0,10 from your bet. You can also use the quick bet amount value buttons, which pop up when you’re using a single betting interface.
  • Click the big yellow “BET” button
This will enter you in the next round of the game.
  • Click the even bigger green “CASHOUT” button
Make sure you do this before the game goes bust to collect your winnings!
manual betting
Playing in manual mode is really simple. As it should be.

Once you get comfortable placing and cashing out one manual bet, this game allows you to add another bet by clicking the button with the same name, which adds a second betting interface.

However, beware of losing control when placing two bets at the same time. You will need to monitor and cash out both bets manually, which can lead to losses quickly.

Nonetheless, I still enjoy placing one bigger bet that I cash out early and the second, smaller bet, which I cash out when the multiplier goes sky-high. Have fun and experiment, but don’t get carried away!

Auto-Bet Mode

Placing bets and then cashing them out manually can get quite boring quite fast. This is especially true when you want to start placing crash gambling strategies in place.

Don’t worry, Rocketman comes with a pretty juicy set of betting automation settings. It’s no Crash by Stake Originals, but it can easily be compared to games like Crash by Roobet.

Let’s get to business.

So, the most basic automation feature you can use is the “set auto bet” feature, which you can engage by clicking on the toggle button below the bet button. This feature will place the same bet each round, but remember, you’ll still need to cash out manually.

The two arrows point towards the basic automation features mentioned above.

If you wish to automate the cashout process as well, you’ll need to enter the cashout multiplier in the entry field below the “set auto cashout” sign. Your bets will now get both placed and cashed out automatically.

Since I believe you want to take things even further, I suggest you click the “advanced autoplay” button and explore the features hidden in this pop-up menu.

Advance autoplay menu.

With the advanced autoplay features, you can:

  • Set your bet amount and auto cashout multiplier
  • Determine the number of rounds you wish to automate
  • Reset or increase your initial bet amount by a certain percentage on a win
  • Reset or increase your initial bet amount by a certain percentage on a loss
  • Stop the auto-play process when you lose a specified amount of funds
  • Stop the auto-play process when you pass a profit goal

These features allow you to automate crash gambling strategies like the martingale, the anti-martingale, and many more.

Bet Statistics Section with Leaderboards and Tournaments

Seeing live and historical leaderboard sections in crash games has become the new norm, and Rocketman is keeping up with the trends.

bet statistics

The bet statistic section, as they call it, offers players to see:

  • All bets that are placed in the current and were placed in the previous round of the game
  • Your bets and the history of received bonuses
  • Biggest and luckiest wins of the past week, month and year
  • Currently active tournaments

That’s right, Rocketman features in-game tournaments. Unfortunately, I cannot at this time provide further comments on these features since there were no tournaments organized during my time playing this game.

Nonetheless, this leaderboard section is, without a doubt, one of the best ones I’ve seen. It’s full of useful and interesting data. I’ll make sure to update this section when I see tournaments pop up!

Chatroom with Free Bets

Chatrooms are an essential part of the social or multiplayer aspect of crash games. Rocketman takes things to the next level.

Not only can you chat with other players, but you can also win free bets and credit by simply participating in the conversation.

It’s incredibly funny when you see players beg the “Rocketman” bot to give our free bets.

At random points in the day, the chatroom bot gives out 10 free bets to random players in the size of their last bet. This is a clever trick to get people to engage in the chatroom and to keep them playing longer.

We see you, Rocketman, and we can’t blame you; that’s genius!

Progressive Jackpot Rewards

This feature reminds me of the early days at Bustabit when a certain percentage of the house edge went straight back into funding the jackpot rewards.

And that’s exactly what’s happening with the Jackpot rewards in Rocketman!

To say that this feature is amazing is an understatement.

As I mentioned before, 1% of each bet you place goes into a Progressive Jackpot fund, creating a treasure chest for three incredible levels of jackpots.

  • Jackpot
This is the pinnacle of prizes, and winning it is no everyday occurrence. The suspense builds, making each attempt a thrilling journey.
  • Rocketpot
Slightly smaller but still packs a punch. A moderate-level jackpot with a reward that’s just right for those who crave a balanced dose of thrill and prize.
  • Boosterpot
The frequent flyer. Smaller prizes, but they come around more often. It keeps the adrenaline pumping and the victories flowing.

Now, let’s talk mechanics. There is a so-called ‘Mystery’ or ‘must-hit-by’ element. As one jackpot falls, the game’s random number generator secretly determines the next jackpot’s value, encrypting it away in Rocketman’s remote database.

The real magic happens when a player’s bet tips the current jackpot over this mystery value – and that is when the jackpot is won!

After each round, the game announces the jackpot victor (if there is one). This turns every gaming session into a potential jackpot party. Pretty cool, right?

Promotional Credits

The other 1% of the house edge gets distributed towards fueling the free bets I mentioned before and the free promo credit rewards.

Once the promo credits are awarded, for any bet that a player places, the money will first be deducted from promo credits until it’s used up before continuing to withdraw money from the player’s wallet.

You cannot cash out promo credits immediately, but you can cash out the winnings you got from placing the bets with free credits at any given moment.

We’ve come to that part of the game review where I boil down the 1000+ words of the review into a practical pros and cons list. If reading is not your forte, I recommend you read my following conclusions.

Pros of Rocketman by Elbet:

✅ Advanced betting automation
✅ Dual betting interfaces
✅ Jackpot rewards
✅ Free bets and credits
✅ In-game tournaments
✅ Animation toggle
✅ Incredible bet statistic section

Cons or better yet, con of Rocketman:

❌ Fairness cannot be checked in real-time

Rocketman blew us away. Seriously, this game had both the team and me completely surprised because it’s not the most well-known crash game, but you know what, it should be.

I suggest you lose no more precious time. Head to Crashino, my recommended casino for this game and start playing!

Good luck, and gamble responsibly!
